How to Deactivate Your HostRooster Account?

If you wish to deactivate your HostRooster account, please follow the steps below. Keep in mind that you cannot deactivate your account if you have available funds in your HostRooster Balance or Earned Revenues. You must first refund or withdraw these funds before proceeding with account deactivation.

Step 1: Ensure you have no available funds Check your HostRooster Balance and Earned Revenues. If you have any available funds, please refund or withdraw them before moving on to the next step.

Step 2: Submit a deactivation request Visit and raise a ticket to request account deactivation. Make sure to include the necessary information and specify that you would like to deactivate your account.

Step 3: Wait for Customer Support to process your request HostRooster Customer Support will review and process your request. Once your account is deactivated, you will be notified.

Reactivating Your Account: If you decide to reactivate (reopen) your deactivated account in the future, you can do so by contacting HostRooster Customer Support. Provide them with the necessary information, and they will assist you in reactivating your account.
